La autorización previa de usos en el suelo no urbanizable en la legislación asturiana

Abstract

In the concurrence of prior authorization and license for uses other than those characteristics of non-developable land, each of these titles has its specific scope of control. The TSJ of Asturias, in line with the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court, has annulled several agreements denying prior authorization based on exclusively in parameters provided in the planning. It is necessary to reconfigure the delimitation of authorized uses in Asturian legislation.
