| dc.description.abstract | It is a study of the evolution of the piccolo trumpet and its repertoire to discover if there is a link between the technical possibilities of the instrument and musical works. It takes into account the physics of the instrument (measuring ease of response of an instrument, the behavior of different nozzles ... without involving the human factor), and instrumentalist conditions (technical problems, psychological problems ....) and moreover repertoire conditions characteristic of each era. Throughout history it has advanced tremendously in the design and construction of the piccolo trumpet, this impact when creating and performing new works in the literature for piccolo trumpet. This research aims to get to know this instrument and to disclose all the different possibilities offered both technical and interpretive himself as the difficulties to be faced the interpreter, and his extensive repertoire. | eng |

| dc.description.tableofcontents | Estudia la evolución de la trompeta piccolo y su repertorio para descubrir si realmente hay una relación entre las posibilidades técnicas del instrumento y las obras musicales. Tiene en cuenta la física del instrumento (medir la facilidad de respuesta de un instrumento, el comportamiento de diferentes boquillas…sin que intervenga el factor humano), y las condiciones del instrumentista (problemas de técnica, problemas psicológicos....) y por otra parte condiciones del repertorio con las características propias de cada época. A lo largo de la historia se ha avanzado enormemente en el diseño y construcción de las trompetas piccolo, esto a repercutido a la hora de crear e interpretar nuevas obras dentro de la literatura para trompeta piccolo. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo conocer a fondo este instrumento y sobre todo poder divulgar las diferentes posibilidades que ofrece tanto técnicas como interpretativas, así mismo como las dificultades con las que se debe enfrentar el intérprete, y su amplio repertorio | eng |
