Nematodos formadores de quistes en suelos de cultivo de judía tipo "granja asturiana" (Phaseolus vulgaris L.)

Abstract

In order to determine the importance of cyst nematode levels in "faba granja asturiana" culture, a study was made on 143 soil samples collected in the most important seventeen areas of the Asturias region. After the sampling of different growers' plots, we can state that the infestation levels of the soil are very low, even in those plots where the culture was repeated serveral times and where there was no crop rotation. Neither did we find a relationship between livestock presence in grazing plots, the percentag of organic matter and cyst nematode infestations.
