Abstract

The objective of this article is to Guide health professionals on non-pharmacological treatments of Fibromyalgia. Development: Fibromyalgia is a complex health problem that affects all areas of patient that suffer it. Drug treatments seem not to get the expected results and therefore, should be offered a multidisciplinary approach that provides answers to the patient's demands. This is where the Community Health Nursing takes a leading role. Conclusions: The scientific literature supports non-pharmacologic measures and health education as the key treatment, associated with a responsible use of the drug.
