"Sensophone" El saxofón ampliado

Abstract

ThisMaster’s thesis describes the process of elaboration, configuration and programming of the elements that form the ‘Sensophone’ system, whose name is given to a combination of pushbuttons and sensors located in an alto saxophone, through which and by means of a wireless broadcast system, the performer can send different values to a computer with which he/she can handle sound transformation processes and other electro acoustic media. Part of the development of this thesis includes the communication of the system with the MaxMSP and Supercollider programs
