La cultura organizacional y emprendedora en los centros educativos

Abstract

This paper aimed to review the organizational and entrepreneur culture and their impact in educative centres. Instructional models of entrepreneur culture have been largely developed in business context, whereas its development in educational organizations is scarce. This paper reviewed research and developments that have attempted to introduce these models into educational organizations. In addition, the need for the development of assessment tools to analyse entrepreneur culture in educative centres is highlighted, as this would allow to establish a better diagnosis of the situation, and to provide guidance for intervention. Development and promotion of entrepreneur culture through the creation of programs is emphasized, and concrete proposals to address new trends in education are formulated.
