| Resumen : | This memory book describes the experience of creating the Institutional Repository of Asturias (RIA) digital platform which forms part of the open access movement, and constitutes the first initiative carried out in Asturias in this field. This paper highlights the method, the goals, the participating organisations, the components of the system and the open access policies adopted by the Government of the Principality of Asturias. |
