Resumen : Introduction: Infant massage is based on touch, one of the main organs through which we receive information and one of the first to develop in human beings. Numerous physical, affective and psychological benefits related to the realization of this technique have been described and are currently being rediscovered. Description: The aim of this program is that both mothers and fathers get knowledge and skills related to infant massage and to this end, the sessions have been held in which theoretical and practical concepts will be addressed. A group program structured in six sessions was carried out on a weekly basis and lasting approximately 90 minutes. Subsequently, the fulfillment of the objectives and the degree of participants satisfaction were evaluated through a questionnaire. Conclusions: After carrying out the program, we have been able to see how the participants have got knowledge and skills related to infant massage. Parents have reported an improvement in the bonding with their children after the completion of the program and have detected a greater relaxation of the babies, allowing them to enjoy more of the benefits of massage.
