Resumen : | Throughout the world there are many abandonated mines, which now have no owner (orphan mines), but which is essential to proceed to ensure the safety of persons property and environment. As is known, in several countries around Europe and America, there are laws of Mines and Environment, which states that, before opening a mine should be performed and ensure complete restoration of the mine after the operating business, and as guarantee this requirement, is required the obligation to formalize a bond or a deposit. |
