Estructural sobre Mi3: ejercicios para concretar la afinación interválica en la extensión del clarinete desde el Eje de Si4

Abstract

Amongst the skills that musicians who play non-temperate instruments should master are the capacity to adapt their tuning when playing in an ensemble. This article presents an exercise with which clarinet players can develop a solid tuning foundation which will facilitate adapting to other tuning systems. We propose to work extensively on the starting point note of E3 - fundamental note of the B flat clarinet’s tube- so we can extrapolate these proprioceptive sensations. We will then extrapolate these sensations to the note B4 -unison of A4, tuned in 442Hz-. This note will be considered the point of reference from which we will extract other correlative intervals that will form the basics of the clarinet registers, keeping its relative tuning and quality of sound.
