| Resumen : | Today immigration in Spain, is a very important social phenomenon and is proven to the fact that immigrant increases the risk factor to develop Immigrant Syndrome with Chronic Stress or ̈ Ulysses Syndrome ̈ , which is characterized by a state of chr onic stress with symptoms such as sadness, crying, guilt, anxiety, insomnia, headache, memory loss, disorientation. The need to know and apply the transcultural nursing term arises due to the significant migratory movements each day live in every part of the world.
