Abstract

The Nursing Training in the field of bioethics is now very necessary. In real cases that pose ethical questions can be solved with a deliberative process based on existing laws and respect for the four principles of bioethics. To illustrate the knowledge of the deliberative process we propose four real cases. In the four cases presented deliberates on the right to medical information, confidentiality and privacy in healthcare. Our ultimate g oal is the correction in our work and make the best choice to respect the law and ethical principles
