Resumen : Suicide is the leading cause of unnatural death in Spain . Navarra and Asturias are positioned as most affected communities after the standardization of mortality by the Spanish population. The aim of this study was to determine the magnitude of completed suicide in a community in social and economic crisis as Asturias.
