Consulta joven en un instituto atendida por enfermeras de Atención Familiar y Comunitaria

Abstract

The non inclusion of health education in school, low attendance of adolescents to health centers and risk behaviors related to drug use and sex of this population, make them vulnerable on health care. The main objective of the project is to analyze the demands related to the health of students in a "Youth Consultation" attended by Family and Community Nurses by a mixed quantitative-qualitative methodology: descriptive study, semi-structured interviews and focus groups of students. The project is under development and the conclusions are based on the contrast of the scientific literature: implementing a young consultation at educational field is effective and responds to the demands of adolescents through health promotion.
