Abstract

It is the purpose of this guide to equip the engineer who is facing for the first time the management of public works, some precise tools and complementary to their training. Also for the engineer who already has experience, he has to serve as an update of his concepts, as an innovation about what he already knows and as an advanced and updated tool to correct possible defects, and to continue progressing in the improvement of his daily work
