Resumen : | To attend to the patients who were coming without appointment a Triage program was started, it has supposed organizational changes Objectives To know the grade of satisfaction of the professionals with this program . To evaluate his disposition to introduce protocols so that the n urses attend to sharp illnesses. Methods Descriptive transverse study across the application of a questionnaire to physicians, nurses and administrative Resu lts Of 321 sent questionnaires 257 answered (74%). 98,1 % of the doctors and 92,3 % of the administrative believe necessarily the implantation of the triaje opposite to 41 % of the nurses The attention of the urgencies they were not late for 75,3 %. 76,4 % believe that the patients do not have urgent problems. 76,6 % of doctors, 59,4 % of administrative and 11,3 % of nurses considered this program to be positive or very positive, in this moment 43,9 % of doctors believes it and 60% of administrative. The nurses consider it to be a negative or very negatively in 84,2% They are necessary organizational changes for 87,6 %. 91.7 % of physicians and 65.3% of nurses believed that nurses could solve acute illnesses.
