Resumen : Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a common childhood disorder and one of the greatest influences in the school performance, with prevalence rates ranging between 5 and 7% of school-age population. In this sense, it is necessary that professionals have access to innovative tools that allow an early ADHD diagnosis. As a result, this research aims to analyze the diagnostic effectiveness a test based on virtual reality (AULAnesplora test) to assess the different types of ADHD presentations: Impulsive-Hyperactive (I / H), inattentive and Combined. For this purpose, 117 students participated between 5 and 16 years divided into three groups diagnosed with ADHD according to their presentation and a control group. The results shown that each of the test conditions (presence/absence of distractors, go/no-go tasks, auditory/visual modality) allowed to discriminate between I/H and combined presentations with the control group. However, the differences between inattentive and I / H presentations with the combined presentation only had been shown when the results were analyzed depending on sensorial channel (auditory and visual). This study has shown that the test which has been studied, allowed to establish a differential diagnosis of ADHD presentations when were analyzed under different contextual conditions.
